We are pleased to announced Brett Minchington as the Employer Brand Accelerate Program course leader for 2022. Brett is the world's most published author (8 books) and educator in employer branding. His thought leadership has been published Internationally and has appeared in major media including The Economist, Business Week, Bloomberg TV and CNN.

Since 2006, Brett has trained 1000's of leaders in more than 70 countries and coached and mentored Business Owners, General Managers, Heads of Departments and Senior Managers who are now driving employer branding best practice in their business around the world.

In 2015, Brett founded World Employer Branding Day, the world's largest employer branding event that unites the world of employer branding under a common theme, "To advance industry practice by connecting leaders, agencies and ecosystems around the world."

Brett will provide 1-1 & group coaching and mentoring to course participants.

 
A pioneer of employer branding research and practice in countries including Italy, Russia, Lithuania, Romania, South Africa, Australia, Hungary, Spain, Ukraine, Slovakia, Philippines, Uzbekistan and Chile, Brett has designed and chaired Employer Branding Summits in 13 countries.

Brett has advised on employer brand strategy for agencies and companies around the world including Accenture, Mars, Siemens, Amdocs, Aon Hewitt, PwC, Origin, SIBUR, Elsevier and World Vision.

Continuing to maintain close links with academia, Brett has lectured in the MBA program on employer branding at the University of Adelaide and is the chair of the HRM Committee at University of South Australia.
